# Vision module in 8.1.3 lts stable version

i have a problem, am a new ignition user, but the vision modele does not work.

each time i install it, it gets faulted, when i open the client launcher, it never adds a project so basically i have ignition but cant do anything real, just testing tags and comm in designer, the perspective module does not work well also, in trial or licenced mode, am not sure what am doing wring, please help

Hi, welcome to the forum.

Unfortunately, we will need more specific information about the faults. In the gateway web page status section, go to the **Logs** page and see what you get when you try to restart the Vision module (or re-install it). Share that detail here.
