# Vision Window Opening Error - ZipException: Not in GZIP format

I can’t seem to open 2/4 of my current screens in Ignition Designer. As well, they wont open on the client launcher either. When I try to open the pages on the designer side I get the following error (window).

This was opening fine earlier in the day, but started happening following a repeating BSOD (Blue Screen Of Death) crash on my PC.

Any ideas how I can save my work, without recreating everything on these pages?

These windows are likely irretrievably corrupt. You should contact support; they might be able to help you recover these windows from a scheduled backup, if you’ve got scheduled backups configured.
