Sure you can, here's how to connect to some popular ones like [Amazon Chime](https://support.inductiveautomation.com/hc/en-us/articles/4412840780685), [Grandstream HT-503 and HT-813](https://support.inductiveautomation.com/hc/en-us/articles/360047175492-How-to-configure-the-Grandstream-HT-503-and-HT-813-for-use-with-Ignition-Alarming-voice-). I think whatever service you decide to go with just needs to be capable of SIP.

As for supporting other languages, one suggestion would be to take a look at the configuring messages portion of the user manual for [voice notifications](https://docs.inductiveautomation.com/display/DOC81/Voice+Notification+Profile#VoiceNotificationProfile-ConfiguringMessages). But according to this [source](https://support.inductiveautomation.com/hc/en-us/articles/360047599091-Voice-Notification-Downloads), seems like they only have voices for English, Italian, Spanish, French and German.
