# Voice Notifications Stopped Working After Upgrading to 8.0

Upgrading customer system to 8.0 and voice notifications no longer work. In log get an error from the Call Manager - “Could not execute notification job NotificationJob[id=NJob\_5, users=3, events=1], the delivery media system was not available. Details: Script not found.”

Details under error -  
com.inductiveautomation.alarming.notification.sip.content.scripts.NoCompatibleScriptOrVoiceException: Script not found.

at com.inductiveautomation.alarming.notification.sip.profile.SipNotificationProfile$TtsScriptFactory.buildScript(SipNotificationProfile.java:292)

at com.inductiveautomation.alarming.notification.sip.call.NotificationJob.run(NotificationJob.java:161)

at com.inductiveautomation.alarming.notification.sip.call.CallManager$CallQueueConsumer.run(CallManager.java:639)

Any thoughts?
