# Web Browser 'no supported operating system detected'

Hey there,

I have an issue when deploying a screen that uses the web browser, it says “no supported operating system detected”. I read a bit on this, I currently am using Web Browser Module 3.9.12 with Ignition platform 7.9.13

If this is still showing up on a Windows 8.1 with Java 8, what could be the issue?
