Hello, Is it possible to install Web-Launch shortcut for all Windows PC users, if I have Administrator account? Or should I log into each user account on every PC and install web-launch shortcut for everyone of them? ---

You should be able to put the shortcut under the “All Users” account. That would hit everyone. ---
