I'm looking through it on Kindling and all the other columns make sense besides this one. The values seem to be basically random EDIT: wait is Rank just folder depth ---

Just browsing 🙂 Unrelatedly, I can attest that the system performs totally fine when tags have the wrong rank in the config database ---
