# What is Store & Forward - Details - ## Dropped?

On the **Store & Forward** status page of Ignition Gateway (v7.9.10), after clicking the **Details** button next to the MySQL storage engine I see an exclamation mark in a triangle next to a **dropped** count.

What does this dropped count signify?  
What are potential resolutions?
