I'm using custom fonts in my Vision screens. When I deploy the screens, do I need to install these fonts on the gateway machine, or on the machines running the Designer and Vision Client?

Yeah, you need to install them on each machine that will run the Vision Client or Designer.

I don't know exactly... but not like Vision.

The proper way to use fonts in Perspective is to embed them as resources - look at \<gateway directory\>/data/modules/com.inductiveautomation.perspective/ - there is a fonts/ directory, and a themes/ directory. If you install a properly packaged web font in the fonts/ directory, you can then reference it in a @font-face selector in a new theme.css file; something like this test I did: @font-face { font-family: Tes…

> Hi everyone! wave There have been many questions and answers on this topic in the Forums, but I wanted to create a quick write-up on how to generally import custom fonts into Ignition to be used within Perspective - hopefully people besides future me also find this helpful! Disclaimer: this may not work for all fonts (especially custom, licensed font packages). I will be using the popular Poppins font as an example, but I believe the process will be similar if not the same for other font fam…

Note that this process is going to be somewhat different in 8.3; at minimum the locations of files will be different.
