# Why doesn't the Query node show up in my project tree?

I have a database connection enabled but there is no option to add a query because there is no query node in the project tree. I have another project that is very similar that has the query node so I don’t know why I can’t even add a query to this one.

You second screenshot is from Ignition Edge, which doesn’t have Named Query or DB access…
