I know this isn’t an Ignition issue, but it is a problem for me with Ignition nonetheless.

I have read the forums regarding this issue, but cannot seem to find a suitable solution.

I am having to double tap buttons for them to work.

Navigation buttons seem to work fine.

When I press and hold, a square box expands on the screen ( a Windows thing).

I have changed the registry Touchmode\_Hold to 0 but it has made no difference

Any advice would be graciously received.

If you're using Elo Touch drivers, have you tried the solution here?

We installed a single-touch driver from Elo Touch and set the visibility of the cursor to 0 when in the program. It’s a strange solution but it worked for us. Make sure click lock is disabled when using this solution. If anyone can think of a less strange way to get this done, please feel free to post your thoughts.

I added details of a configuration that's working as expected for us to the end of that thread:
