Recently, I restored my Ignition backup. However, some WITSML tags not updating their values in Ignition. Please suggest what needs to be done. ---

Welcome to the forum. - What's a WITSML tag? Wellsite information transfer standard markup language? - What driver are you using? - Is the driver running? (Check the gateway status.) ---

Yes, WITSML is Wellsite Information transfer standard markup language. JDBC driver is used and it is running. If it not running, no tags will come. All tags are coming but some specific tag value not keeping updating. ---

Ignition doesn't have any kind of native support for WITSML, so whatever you're doing to get this information into tags is highly specific to your project. You either need to provide significantly more information about how this is all set up or wait and call support tomorrow so they can take a look at it. ---

I have a separate page of WITSML in Vision Client launcher HMI Page and data is coming from PLC on that page. However, some data value not updating on that particular page. But at the same time, same data value is coming and updating correctly on another HMI Page. ---

With such a customized solution for a protocol not supported by Ignition directly, "significantly more information" means you should post your project export for forum members to examine at their convenience. Or get IA support to look at it privately tomorrow. Just your description of the problem isn't going to be sufficient for us to help you. ---
