Hi,
I have a hub and spoke configuration with the hub connecting to tags on the spokes using the gateway network remote tag providers. The status shows the bytes sent and received per second but I don’t see where to configure the update rate. Is there something like a scan class to configure the tag update rate over the remote tag provider? The communication is normally over a cable modem connection, but fails over to cellular if the cable goes down. We would like to lower the tag update rate to limit the data usage over cellular.
