Vision: EasyChart not showing trend data

I’m trying to view historised tags’ trend data in an easy chart, however I can’t seem to see any data - for any of my tags.

I’ve confirmed that tag history is being stored in the database tables, and recently.

I’m not sure how to diagnose the reason. I’ve restarted the tag historian module to no effect.

Just FYI, I had a response from IA support, and I had multiple entries in my sql tables. Specifically I had to:

EDIT: updated to modify drvid’s instead of removing the rows
