I stand corrected. I use The V21+ driver. Just ignore me sometimes. I was worried I had to go through a bunch of updating and path corrections. I panicked.

Is there anywhere in the Manual that indicates what the Item Path Syntax will be? I am developing an application offline and do not have access to a compactlogix to connect to add tags.
There is no where in the manual that details the item paths that I am aware of.
Just use @pturmel’s Ethernet/IP module, He links to it 
. His documentation is generally very good and you can use it in trial mode making it a free solution. All you need is an L5X version of the application and you’re good.

With the caveat that encoding protected content in the L5X makes it unreadable by my module.
