We currently use TwinCAT OPC UA to interface between the PLC and Ignition on our Beckhoff IPCs. A communications driver would be great though. Beckhoff is quickly gaining momentum in the automation sphere and we have found out (via some costly R&D) that Alan Bradley or Modicons IPC/PLCs cant perform even close to what Beckhoffs IPCs can.
