Uhhh… you mean ctrl+click and change multiple objects at a time? Some form of this has been in Ignition since it was created… Yes, it is not a single click, but gets to the same goal, I use it all the time.

You surely can make things the same size, in Vision select the master first, then the others next. Right click, select size and position, check both size boxes. A few more clicks, but still fast and easy. In Perspective, just as @ryanjmclaughlin showed.

has anyone used a product called Mango SCADA? I know someone that uses it a lot and loves but i have never had the time to use it and compare it to IA.
Final version I see listed is from 2014. Are you sure this is still an active product?
