8.0.13 should be released today. If this is still an issue in 8.0.13 can you please call support and work with them to reproduce or document the issue?
I did try using the 8.0.13 rc1 a little while ago to no avail.
I’ll look for the release and update when able.
8.0.13-RC2 is where we resolved a number of issues with Derived, Reference and Expressions tags due to race conditions. RC1 still had the issues you are noting.
