For Bacnet devices,
[System]Gateway/Devices//Enabled seem not to be sync with the device "Enabled" property displayed on gateway devices web page ?
Weird… all device system tags share the same implementation that is unaware of the underlying device type. They are basically just looking at the common DeviceSettingsRecord. We’ll look into this.
note: device was created with system.device.addDevice.
I think I see what’s going on. Looks like this would be a bug with any device type, regardless of how they are created. There was a change that made it so when a device is edit/saved the system tags don’t get removed/added again unless the name changed, but it seems to have introduced this new bug.
Have there been any updates on this? I believe I'm experiencing a similar issue with Ignition 8.1.26 and a DNP3 device.
This should be fixed in 8.1.27.
