Click PLC Connection Into Ignition

Yeah thats about exactly what i have on my end as well. Aside from the physical Com Port 1 setup, but that should be correct as well as i am able to physically ping the PLC from my computer and also connect to it via the ethernet port. Do you happen to know on your end would it not connect and hold a connection unless you had tags setup in place first? If that would be the case then perhaps i don't have my tags setup correctly, but i did try about 10 different tags and no change. But i'm in the same position as you, legacy lines where i'm just wanting to add this PLC in place to gather simple data.

I just wanted to follow up and say thank you to everyone who helped out. I do have it working and communicating now. I'm not sure if there was something in the hardware configuration of the PLC that it didn't like. But i factory reset and reloaded everything into it and it began working.
