Custom Icon Library in 8.3

The folder just has to have the name of the library. The SVG can be called anything. I usually name it the same for all libraries so I can just copy and not edit the resource json file. Maybe that's lazy... But I like to claim it as being consistent :face_with_peeking_eye: it's less convenient if you had multiple library svg's open at once as they'd all have the same name, but I would rarely open the SVG directly anyway, let alone multiple...

Thanks for the clarification, I also changed the above :+1:

Hi,

I have noticed that after upgrading from Ignition 8.1 to Ignition 8.3 the icons are still present. (they are moved inside a hidden folder with a name like /usr/local/bin/ignition/data/modules/com.inductiveautomation.perspective/.migrated-icons-20260526-0932).

BUT if i perform a gateway backup on this same gateway and i restore it on a different gw, that was installed directly on 8.3, the icons are not present, neither in the old path nor in the new. Is it expected that the migrated icons are not included in a backup?
