Designer "logs in" multiple accounts from one computer

This is almost certainly the same issue described in this thread:

Ignition Edge 8.3.1 : Error reading updated project from Gateway / resource collection not found: null

The fix for this issue just got merged in, it'll be available in tomorrow's nightly build and the final release of 8.3.4, which is estimated for release mid February.

The fix is in 8.3.4, which is hopefully releasing next week.
