It seems that I also experience similar concerns discussed here with same device.

Direct Tag Write (system.tag.writeBlocking) does not work.

I can only work with system.dnp3.directoperatebinary and system.dnp3.selectoperatebinary

If doing pulse command, the pulse setting is not written to RTAC.

And can you also provide background info when system.dnp3.directoperatebinary and system.dnp3.selectoperatebinary returns -1. What does -1 mean? I assume general fail but is there a way to specifically determine issue?
