I have a quick question here, Is it possible to send to send scream shoots in an email notification?
Also, another question I have is, on each email notification I have a link that doesn't take me anywhere, How can I get rid of this? the ack link is false in the pipeline configuration.

Assuming @brandon1 is correct, there's not really any way to send screenshots in an email notification.
From a technical side, they're two totally disparate subsystems. Alarms are generated by tags, which are always running gateway elements, totally independent of any Perspective/Vision UI in a particular client session (which there might be one, none, or many of at a given moment).

I see, what I am trying to do is take and screenshot of one of my perspective views and send a picture of a graphic I have on that view.
The problem is that alarms don't know what that view is.
And even if they did, I doubt they could access it
Use the reporting module to generate a report, then send that with your email.
