Well you never showed us the full error, so there's not much we can tell you about what happened
That's a different number of ../ in those paths.
(You really need to learn to use the preformatted text button when pasting code/expressions/logs.)

On top of what others have said, you should really use absolute tag paths here unless these tags are all contained in a UDT. Relative tag paths, especially those so far removed, are a pain to troubleshoot/maintain.
e.g.
{[default]Phase 1 Extrusion/SA_HTR_OV/UDT/18/PumpBlock_Pct_Out} <1.0 && {[default]Phase 1 Extrusion/SA18/Heater Monitoring/SA_18_PB_1_amps} <= 0.2
