No, I mean add an OPC UA connection from Ignition to Kepware.

Kepware is an OPC UA server with a driver that you’ve connected to your PLC. Ignition has an OPC UA server with a driver that you’ve connected to your PLC. You have two (or more) things polling the PLC, possibly for duplicate tags, when you should really only have one thing. Kepware can serve up all the same tags you’re currently getting via Ignition’s OPC UA server and driver.

This may be possible. I will have to get the IT group involved. They manage the Kepware server.
This could take some back and forth discussion. Our IT group is not very familiar with Ignition.

Would I have to create a new OPC device for the connection?
Or would it possible for Kepware to supply the OPC server to Ignition?
