Got it. Unfortunately, the issue I was thinking this might be (that was fixed in 8.1.27) doesn't apply - I forgot that it was only dealing with inaccuracies in mark/x-trace when printing the chart.
The issue here is a known bug. You can contact our support department officially to get subscribed to notifications when it's fixed, but it won't be for some time.
