This is an issue we are aware of and it is in the queue to be fixed. No specific release has been identified, but the internal ticket number is IGN-14592.

Try updating the MySQL Connector. Here's the official page where you can download the updated Connector (https://dev.mysql.com/downloads/connector/j/). If your operating system is Windows, select "platform independent".
Download the ZIP file option. Select "Extract Here" from the ZIP file and copy the extracted folder to the following location (C:\Program Files\Inductive Automation\Ignition\data\config\resources\core\ignition\database-driver).
Next, you will access the "Ignition Gateway" and go to "Database Settings" (Connection → Databases → Settings) and edit the MySQL connector.
On the screen that opens, click the "Choose File" button in the "JAR File(s)" section. Navigate to the folder you saved in (C:\Program Files\Inductive Automation\Ignition\data\config\resources\core\ignition\database-driver) and open the .JAR file. Then click "Save Changes" and check if "UNHEALTHY" has disappeared.
