Perspective PDF Viewer - Text Search/Weird space in the bottom

Good afternoon, I'm trying to add some kind of PDF viewer into my application. Original intent was to pass a string to search on a PDF file. I've been able to upload a pdf into it with webDev and being able to move around with the PDF Viewer Navigator in exchange. However the two challenges I've found now are: PDF has a weird blank space on the bottom. This is not consistent across pages as some you can scroll down more than on other with some extra space.
