I don't know what you're referring to here. What is a "binding update cycle"?
I guess it doesn't matter, because there is no way to configure how often a binding updates; if the Qualified Value (or Qualified Values if using an Expression) update, the binding re-evaluates - along with any attached transforms. Note that I specified Qualified Value - if the value doesn't change but the quality does, the binding still re-evaluates.
