Thank you for the hint. Can you send screenshots of your setup where you added these styles? I'm not so good with these CSS and background connection and can not get it working.
You can add it into the advanced stylesheet. If it's not showing for you at the top of the Perspective>Styles folder, right click on the Styles folder in the designer project browser and enable the stylesheet and it will appear.
