Red Lion Messed up Big time

I have no specific suggestion to offer. A Red Lion fan forum? A Red Lion distributor forum? Somewhere that:

A) Won't be in Red Lion's interest to pursue, and

B) Will be in Red Lion's interest to hear out.

Pursuing damages seems seems to me has pretty serious legal implications for both parties. Legal implications that IA certainly wants no part of. But IANAL, yada yada.
