Reduncy and backup databases

@Colby I can work around the Meta data issues to ensure that the backup stays in sync. Is there a quick way to tell if a database is failed over? (it's ok to tell me to RTFM)

I found the gateway database tags. What does 'available through failover' mean. It seems like it's just reflecting the available tag.
