Yes, it's referring to a row in the internal database that has to do with GAN. IncomingConnection is the table name, it's used for "state" (rather than "config"), really, but it's stored in the same internal DB inside Ignition.
I'm not seeing a table named IncomingConnection.
Or is this internal database different than the one I'm looking at here?

Found the connections that are causing the issues. Must have replaced a site's edge device without correcting existing instances.
I'm not sure why there are three instances of the same facility here. It must have happened more than once.
It also looks like we might have a duplicate UUID or something for iron islands device and "Boondock" device. This is a common issue for us as we load ignition onto our devices with an imaged OS with ignition pre-installed.
I'll delete all these instances and see if that fixes things.
