I deleted a database connection a while ago and it resulted in orphaned entries in both the historical provider list and the store and forward list.
I deleted it from the TAGHISTORYPROVIDEREP table and this removed it from the historical provider list but it is still in the store and forward list. I see it is stored in the STOREANDFORWARDSYSSETTINGS table. @PGriffith Can I simply delete it from there also?

I would do the workaround mentioned earlier: Remove Historical Tag Providers - #7 by PGriffith
before I messed around with the IDB on any production system.

Or contact support and ask them to do it.
