Carl, we were both right. There was something not correct with the view. Seems that one of the values in one of the columns was to big for INT and it caused some grief which is why things did not work correctly. It would reach this glitch and would stop and that was the value it would pick up and run with. Hope this make sence. anyway got the problem resolved and it seems to work quite well now.
