Yeah that may be what's happening, I don't know what the library we're using does here, gonna get @Cody_Morgan to figure it out.

Was just catching up on this. It would be nice if we were able to report some sort of error when attempting to write to these. I'm not sure if we have enough information to do that. I will look into it.
