so there is no way to deploy template canvas in a template canvas with some properties?

I didn't say that at all. In such a case, the template in the outer canvas must have enough information to generate a dataset for the inner canvas that contains all of the properties needed by the inner templates. That information doesn't have to be all passed in, and that outer template can use its internal properties in its expressions and scripts.
