Can you ping the plc from your gateway machine? Are there any errros in the logs?
I had the same thought..... However come to find out after buying the license you are limited to 1000 tags total and you have to configure a server interface which doesn't work anything like it does on S7-1500
Yeah, the S7-1200 OPC UA implementation leaves a lot to be desired. It's much more limited, and any custom structured types defined and used in a "Server Interface" model can't be read by Ignition right now because the S7-1200 doesn't support the older datatype dictionary mechanism.
