Could you help me out to figure out what is going on with the tags keep on dropping intermittently? I tried the tip you provided but still the problem persists.

The connection to PWR MTR02 is gone. There are many locations in this system where the connection can go bad. You need to narrow down which one of the 5 connections shown (one blue, two green, two red) is causing the issue.
Are the two inverters associated with that power meter dropping out at the same time?
Are both power meters dropping out at the same time?
Are all six devices dropping out at the same time?
I am also curious about TCP max sockets = 2 with the KICK option. Could the device be kicking Ignition offline due to detecting too many connections?
Perhaps adding “Device Offline” alarms for all six devices might help troubleshoot the issue.
Edit: That frequency reading is quite low. Are you sure you are not having power issues in the field?

I missed out on putting a 120 ohm terminating resistor in the inverter 2 terminals, I will observe tomorrow if that solves the issue. I reviewed the manual and learned that it has an internal 120ohm that will activate when shorting the B-R and B- terminals on the Zwgw02, if that is enabled, there should be a 120ohm resistor tapped on the farthest device, in this case the inverter 2.
I suppose that causes reflection during the data transmission on the rs485 wires.

Yes they are all on the same bus

My experience with low cost devices is that bad tag quality happens quite frequently. These devices tend to be powered by chipmunks on treadmills, which overheat and take frequent breaks. Bad quality tags are to be expected from time to time. This is the trade off for the low cost.

If those Inverters have any kind of detailed status information I would also configure detailed alarms for those.
Adding 120ohms solves the issue, however another issue comes along when I add 1 based Addressing device, how can we have mixed (zero based and 1 based) without having drop outs?
Previously both power meters and inverters are zero based. Should I just decrement the 1 based device by 1?
I would say yes, always. The protocol on the wire is always zero-based. One-based addressing is a convenient crutch to deal with ambiguity. (My alternate driver doesn't support one-based addressing at all.)
It doesn't apply like this for scada systems either.... The more you pay, the less you get, and the more antiquated the code base (and far more frustrating a development experience!)
