+1 for subscribing to desired tags in Gateway webpage @ OPC Connections -> Quick Client.

There is also a Tag Browse Tree for Perspective projects.

Selecting multiple tags populates an array of tag paths, which could be bound on a table following. Though, I recall there being some bugs using the Tag Browse Tree is read/write permissions are defined on the tag provider in the past...
