[BUG: 1193] 8.1.0 Tag browser tag add/remove collapses all nested folders within folder modified

v8.1.0 When adding, moving, or removing tags within a folder, if the folder has sub-directories, then these are all collapsed for all designer sessions. This is super annoying, especially if multiple people are working on tags within those sub-folders and they keep collapsing.
