Hi,
I'm facing the same issue with a similar architecture: PLC → Kepware → Ignition.
Whenever I make changes in Kepware, such as adding or updating tags, the tag quality in Ignition changes to Uncertain_LastKnownValue, and the subscriptions stop updating. The subscriptions only resume after restarting the Kepware Runtime Services.
I've been unable to identify the root cause or find a resolution.
Has anyone experienced this issue or found a fix? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
