Hi, the support has solved the problem with a new version of the voice modul.

I got the “Busy Here” error when using a Grandstream HT813 when it would try calling the 2nd person on the Roster. It was solved by putting in a 15 second “Delay Between Messages” on the Notification block in the pipeline configuration. This gives the HT813 some time to finish the previous call before trying to call the next person on the list. Thought I’d post this for anybody else searching the same error.

Thank you @nskoog! I was having the same issue with the 2nd person on the roster, also using a Grandstream HT813. The 15 second delay between messages is what I was missing.
