That would be a productivity improvement not having to keep relocating the right hand to operate the mouse. I never got good with the thinkpad nub..

It's good to do exercises to improve core strength too. Greatly helps in avoiding back problems.
I found this out the hard way when I broke a rib; resulting in a lot of lost core strength. I ended up in a great deal of back pain.
