In my horizontal bar chart, the tooltips currently appear to the right/left of the bars. This is causing an issue where the tooltip for one bar overlaps and hides the adjacent bars, as shown in the screenshot. I would like to change the tooltip position so that it appears either above or below the cursor/bar, instead of to the right.
