I have several PLC’s on a ControlNet network that I need to communicate with.
What is the best way to set this up? is there an EtherNet to CNet bridge that can be configured?
Do I need to go through RSLinx? If so, how do I set that up in the OPC-UA devices?

You can route through a ControlLogix Gateway to do this. You add the device in the Ignition Gateway, specify the IP address to be that of the ControlLogix Gateway, and then specify a connection path. Check out this knowledge base article for more information on specifying the connection path.
