You’ll soon be able to install and upgrade from a .deb package. In the mean-time, gateway backup, unzip/install fresh, gateway restore.
Thanks. Found one minor discrepancy between the Quick Start Guide and the readme file in the 7.3 zip. The installation directory is /usr/local/ignition in the Quick Start and /usr/local/bin/ignition in the readme. I removed the old version and installed the 7.3 in the same directory.
