8.0.14 UDT Parameters data type defaults to Integer when string starts with number

have to add the quotes in the tag editor and then remove them in the tag browser.
other wise it will strip off the Wxxx and leave the 8 as an integer.

This is a known issue that is resolved in the nightly build of Ignition and will be part of 8.0.15 when it is released.
