My client is asking for a feature within our Ignition project to reset the acknowledgement of an alarm to unacknowledged after it’s been shelved through an Alarm Status Table. Is this at all possible? I don’t see anything in the system.alarm documentation that suggests as much, but I wanted to ask on here before moving on to work-arounds.
